Our 2,64,000 sq. ft. GMP facility, built over 24 years of continuous investment, is available for your job work — from single-solvent extraction trials to full commercial-scale spray drying runs.

All Season Herbs accepts toll manufacturing for clients who need GMP-grade extraction and drying without the capital investment of owning a facility. Whether you supply the raw botanical material or source it through us, we bring the plant, the process, and the paperwork.

We operate across a full spectrum of solvent systems, making us capable of extracting virtually any phytochemical compound class — from water-soluble polyphenols and saponins to lipophilic alkaloids, resins, and essential oil fractions.

Extraction Solvents We Work With

Aqueous (Water)

Polysaccharides, mucilages, water-soluble glycosides, tannins. Clean ICH Q3C profile. Preferred for food and nutraceutical grades.

Hydroalcoholic

Water + ethanol blends (20:80 to 80:20). Broad spectrum — saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolic acids.

Ethanol (Pure)

High-purity ethanolic extraction for concentrated actives. Preferred for pharmaceutical-grade applications requiring low residual solvents.

Methanol

For research, analytical reference standards, and phytochemical profiling. Full ICH Q3C residue testing on finished extract.

Ethyl Acetate

Mid-polarity solvent for terpenoids, flavonoid aglycones, and lipophilic fractions. Used in fractionation workflows.

Custom / Sequential

Multi-step or sequential solvent extraction to enrich specific fractions. R&D trials available before commercial-scale commitment.

Spray Drying (Toll)

Accept client-supplied liquid extracts for spray drying on our all-SS GMP plant. 100 L/hr capacity, custom particle size, full COA.

R&D Trials

Small-batch trials to develop and validate extraction protocols before scale-up. Lab-to-plant transfer documentation provided.

Our spray dryer is positioned within the extraction facility for a controlled, seamless liquid-to-powder flow — minimising handling steps and contamination opportunities between unit operations.

Third-Party Testing Partnerships

All job work batches can be submitted for heavy metals, pesticide residue, and microbiology testing at Eurofins or Mérieux NutriSciences — accepted by EU, US, and Middle East regulatory authorities.
